Fancy a job as Alexander Skarsgard’s wife – and getting paid for it? Well unfortunately we are all too late, as Alex has signed up for a new movie Hidden and his spouse has already been cast, the lucky actress being Andrea Riseborough. However Andrea isn’t going to have it all her own way as she and her on screen husband might not necessarily live happily ever after by the sound of things, and there may be something horrible out there……….
The script is described as an elevated horror-thriller about a family hiding in a bomb shelter after escaping a mysterious outbreak.
Alex will play the husband and father at the center of the family and it sounds like he will be the leading man in this project, but will he be the hero? With horror movies it’s always hard to tell until the final twist.
The movie will shoot this year, after Alex has finished his work on True Blood Season 5. It has been written and will be directed by Matt and Ross Duffer, for Warner Bros.
