Launches a first-in-style app for Android platforms, making the wellness industry more accessible than ever before

After successfully penetrating the beauty and wellness booking space across 4 cities in India, Ziffi.com today announced the launch of its mobile app to offer its services to customer’s on-the-go. The application brings to life its unique ‘One wallet for all wellness needs’ concept, thereby accelerating loyalty. Connecting consumers with a multi-range of wellness options a click away, the app is the first of its kind to be launched in India. A central repository offering access to all lifestyle/wellness services, Ziffi wallet offers an easy and effective platform to reward customers for repeat bookings at their preferred salon/spa. The app furthermore incentivizes consumers with a Rs.600 voucher with the first download of the app.

Well-established for location based services to find salons, stylists and spa appointments, Ziffi has clocked exponential growth with a network of more than 3,500 salons and spas, 19,000 doctors and 6000 diagnostic centres currently.

According to Shantanu Jha, Founder & CEO, Ziffi.com is currently the largest player in India’s beauty industry, clocking a significant growth in bookings since the portal’s inception. He adds, “Ziffi’s aim is to be the largest wellness player within the next five financial quarters, with a potential to go global. We are targeting partnership with 85% of the service providers market across multiple regions in India in coming months. We currently provide bookings across 75% of Tier I and Tier II salons and spas across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore and Hyderabad.”

Ziffi’s logo, a five stripes forming a heart, represent taste, touch, sight, sound, and smell, aiming to cater to the needs of all five of the senses entirely. The App provides additional discounts or cash rewards to increase its loyal patrons. The unique stylist level appointments, quick search, Ziffi Wallet feature, attractive deals, and loyalty rewards make the otherwise complicated process of booking appointments simple, safe and streamlined. The Ziffi Wallet system easily maintains records and accepts payments without the use of complicated client management systems. Customers can review and rate providers, that help customers in finding the right provider to avail various wellness services.

The company also helps salons and spas manage their customers through a dedicated provider App. The provider app captures the loyalty and goodwill of salons and spas offline customers and translates it into online visibility and helps gain additional customer base. Ziffi aims to tap into the huge potential that exists in the Wellness industry, wherein both the user and service provider have been unable to maximize access amongst themselves. Handling discovery, booking and payments while awarding brand loyalty with discounts and deals, Ziffi promises to revolutionize a yet untapped space in the Indian market, with a view to go even beyond national borders in due course.
