Reports are swarming in from all over the Internet about Acer’s latest plans to release an all-in-one PC for just $400 that gets powered by Google’s open-source mobile operating system, Android.

A listing on CompSource shows that this new PC will get powered by an Intel Haswell CPU. That’s right, looks like Intel is now planning to work with Android. I’m not going to compare it with Windows, but I think you know where it’s headed. If these reports are correct, this PC will feature a 3GHz Intel CPU with 1GB of RAM, 21.5-inch display, 8GB of storage (that’s so big)  and will run on Android 4.o ICS.

Imagine all the popular free Android apps running on a PC. You won’t even be needing to buy costly softwares ever again. Future for Android is starting to look better and better.
