Mintd Box did the same box theme this time last year and that was one of my favourite boxes to date as it introduced me to some amazing products like the Rodial Dragons Blood Moisturiser which in turn led me to buying more from the range because I just fell in love with it. 1. Farmacy Honey Potion Mask 50g (Full Size £34) (buy here!)A warming face mask that transforms from a honey syrup into a cream when massaged onto the skin. It helps to stimulate blood flow and revitalise dry, stressed out complexions with a blend of healing honey, as we all know the benefits of honey and how it really can heal the body. Suitable for all skin types!How it works; using the spatula (that cleverly magnetises to the lid!) scoop the honey mask out and spread a thick layer onto your face, avoiding the eye and lip area. It will feel warm as you do this! Massage for 1-2 minutes as it warms then turns into a white cream. Leave on for 10-15 mins then rinse! It is that easy.
I fell in love with Farmacy after using the Honey Drop Moisturiser from August's Mintd Box (review here!) which I am still using as we speak. This mask has been high on my wish list so it obviously my first trial from the box! The syrup-like texture is unlike any other mask I have used before being very unique and looking and feeling exactly like honey, in fact my husband thought it was! So, after applying this to my face, the mask got warm from the moment I applied it which freaked me out a little I won't lie but then as I massaged it into my skin, the texture became very creamy and easy to work with and the warm feeling became comforting and gentle. It just looked like I had a really thick face cream on and the warm feeling seemed to lessen with not so much as a tingle, but just a lovely hydrating feel. It then rinsed off very easily and left my skin looking a lot brighter and super hydrated and I loved the whole experience of using it. The honey part helps to accelerate skin healing so this is great for times when you need some TLC and dry/dehydrated skins especially, would really appreciate this one. It is most definitely a mask welcomed in the winter months because of the warming aspect, acting like a winter hug for your skin .... that pairs nicely with a cosy blanket and a hot chocolate or glass of wine perhaps! A total hit and a mask I shall very much be enjoying this Winter!

Argentum Apothecary La Potion Day/Night Cream (Deluxe Size £34) (buy here!)Argentum La potion infinie is a highly luxurious moisturiser that moisturises in a unique way by delivering hydration at a cellular level carrying 10,000 times it's weight in water. It targets wrinkles, lines, blemishes and stress. It uses Silver Hydrosol and DNA HP - which in turn help to promote cell regeneration which enables maximum hydration to result in a healthier complexion that is visible improved. This is highly scientific brand .... and oozes luxury. All skins, all ages, unisex and can be used on the face. neck and eyes!Upon reading more about Argentum, I instantly thought of La Prairie (who I trained with and worked for as a Facialist for 6 years) as they also work on a cellular level which means that this type of skincare does make visible changes to your skin as they feed it with skin identical ingredients and penetrate to a deeper level compared to other brands.
This moisturiser may only be a small size (yet still worth £34!) but my god, it is utterly incredible. The texture is velvety and creamy and quite deceiving as it feels very fluid and light yet when you massage further, becomes richer so a little goes a long way here. It absorbs beautifully into the skin and leaves you with a healthy glow and a nice soft feel. One thing you will notice if you try this is the scent. My word, it smells out of this world. This scent was c
reated in Grasse, the home of scents, using natural ingredients to give you a sense of well being; using light citrus, rosewood, geranium, sandalwood and patchouli, you will be in LOVE, like me. Never have I had my facial moisturiser smell like a treatment. Even the jar itself is specially designed to block out light with the exception of violet light which extends the life span of the cream itself, plus all jars have their very own unique serial number. I mean could this get any more luxurious? I obviously haven't used the moisturiser long enough to know how it has improved my skin long term but I can say that first impressions have me sold, in fact I am cursing Mintd box for making me fall in love with this cream ... because full sized, it's not cheap. This is again why Mintd are amazing at introducing you to brands that take some 'trying before buying' because of the expense. A truly wonderful product and a brand I would l love to see appear again.

3. Earth Tu Face Hydrate & Repair Face Balm (Full Size£60) (buy here!)This face balm consists of a blend of Immortelle flowers, Rose Petals and Australian Sandalwood all in an organic creamy base. This luxurious balm offers intense hydration and intensive tissue repair. Rose petals give relief from redness and irritation as the beeswax seals in moisture and protects the skin. Sandalwood acts as a scar prevention and helps to tone the skin whilst Coconut and Raw Cocoa Butters hydrate. The brand was set up by two herbalists who basically 'grew' their own skincare line from the ground up choosing plants that heal, restore and rejuvenate skin cells, hence the name Earth Tu Face. They believe that you should never put on your skin what you wouldn't put in your mouth hence the products are all food grade meaning you could actually eat them!This is a product I have used before so it was a lovely surprise to have it again although it wasn't really suited to my skin, but
dry skins will just LOVE it. A pea sized amount is all you need and then you just massage into cleansed/toned skin.It smells amazing and is most definitelyvery hydrating. The texture is in fact really creamy and not as hard as it looks nor is it greasy and does absorb nicely into your skin leaving it feeling soft and smooth. It was just a tad too rich for me but if you are dry or sensitive, then this is for you as you will benefit massively from using this wonderful balm. I did in fact donate my last one to family, so I knew it would help in the way in which it was designed.

4. Sykn Iceland Plumping Lip Gels x 2 (Super Deluxe Size £15)(buy here!)This is a set of 2 lip masks that aim to tackle loss of fullness, lines/wrinkles and lack of moisture in about 10 minutes! The gel itself contains a mix of highly advanced plant and marine based actives with a state of the art delivery system. The patch is designed to stay put on the lips allowing the ingredients to penetrate to give immediate results. The lip gels look like giant lip shaped jelly sweets and you just simply stick it on over your lips; once you get it to stick then it stays in place really well. It feels very cooling and soothing on the lips so wearing this for ten minutes or so is nice ... just watch tv or something in the meantime!I have actually used these before and although I personally sadly
didn't see any difference in my lips looking any plumper, they did in factfeel very hydrated which is why I recommend these just for chapped lips and anyone wanting to really hydrate their lips. Great for a pre-treatment to wearing matte lipsticks or if you hate to wear heavy balms, then these are a great choice. When your lips are hydrated they do naturally look a lot healthier as having chapped lips is such an awful feeling. These are great to keep in your stocks as a pamper treatment for when nature calls.

It is just incredible! Neom have been my favourite aromatherapy candle brand for years now and I even had the Neom Happiness Candle burning on the table on my wedding day, hence it is such a special brand to me. I have however never tried this body polish so I was over the moon to see this mini in this months box. It is out of this world as the sugar is the right texture to just make your body feel super smooth and hydrated. The essential oils will de-stress you in an instant let me tell you; you could even just take the lid of and inhale ... you shall soon become a Neom fan!

I think Mintd Box have this whole winter skin thing covered don't you think? Lips and hands are nourished, face and body is hydrated and you feel a whole lot better! For me the Stars of this box have to be the Farmacy Honey Potion as this was a new hit, Neom Body Polish (mainly because if the scent!) and the Argentum Moisturiser of which we can only pray for a full size! 😉
