A Sweet as Shortcake Girls Night In!

We always do little date nights with our kids. Our twins are together almost every second of every day, so we have to make a conscious effort to separate them and have individual quality time. Sometimes it's movies, theatre, a visit to the pet store or frozen yogurt shop.
This time, it was a girls night in!
We made a delicious berry dessert and...
For our viewing pleasure was  Strawberry Shortcake's Berry Brick Road  and Bloomin' Berry Garden.
Berry Brick Road is a re-tell of the the classic, Wizard of Oz, that encourages the girls to believe in themselves. Second, was Bloomin' Berry Garden that shared gardening fun with their Spring Flower Festival.
                                 
The videos and characters were also very age appropriate and sweet.  And she loves hearing that I used to watch Strawberry Shortcake when I was a little girl. 
After, there was a little bit of nail polishing and manicuring. No biggie.
It was a fun night for me and my baby girl!
