It’s been now 6 months since my grandfather passed onto another plane of existence and it was time to scatter his ashes. I was a little hesitant about blogging about this as I didn’t want to seem disrespectful, but then I remembered how much he loved reading my blogs which is why he asked me to do the EULOGY at his cremation. The plan was for us to drive up to Montrose, and then motor up into the Glens (Glen Esk), find “our” picnic spot and then, well, scatter. When we arrived the weather wasn’t great; think cloudy, overcast (which I know is the same as cloudy), bright, quite chilly and not overly “anything”.
