To everyone who actually read this post and left me words of encouragement, thank you so much! They meant more than you know. I was in an odd place then because I didn't know what was wrong with me. It started with an iron deficiency anemia diagnosis after my last routine physical. I felt fine for the most part and my doctor was trying to figure out what was causing it. I was sent to see a gastroenterologist and when they drew blood again, my iron was still really low. So the next step was an endoscopy and colonoscopy to see what was going on inside.
