I pulled out my cozy wardrobefor an impromptu visit back to New Hampshireto visit Jeff's parents.
We flew back within 24 hour of deciding to go.So for someone like me who usually packs a week in advanceit was a challengethat I was kind of excited to undertake for the first time.
I knew my first pick would be my vintage fur coat.
Not only does it keep me warm in the chilly new England weatherbut more importantlyit acts as an anxiety blanket on the planean extra blanket in the hotel ...
and... a perfect robe for morning coffee on the balcony.
I also brought my vintage charm necklacethat I've been adding to for several years. The sweet charm with the little girl is a picture of my darling daughter.
Our first night in Concord we stayed atThe Centennial Hotelwhich began it's life as a home for widows from the Civil War.
I quickly made this necklace by linking on my charm bracelet .
I was so excited to get back to his parents absolutely charming home!
Our son Hunter was also able to make the trip outwhich was just the best gift ever!We stopped for lunch by the lake on our way to their house.
It was a surprise visit with plenty of hugs and tears!
Any Mom knows spending quality time with your adult children is just the best!
It was a quick and remarkable tripto be sure!
As always my friends
I wish you love and joyas you style your life
