The meme at left is going around social media sites like Facebook. I guess it's meant to be humorous, but it may be truer than people think.In their latest survey, Public Policy Polling asked who people would rather have as president -- Barack Obama or Donald Trump. As the chart below shows, the general population would prefer Obama by eight points (52% to 44%).
It's just one more indicator of Trump's unpopularity, and the rough start his administration has gotten off to.
The poll was done on February 7th and 8th of a random national sample of 712 registered voters, and has a margin of error of 3.7 points. The results are illustrated in the chart below (with the blue representing Obama and the red representing Trump as preference).
