“We are under siege” were the words I received via Signal this morning from a friend in Minnesota. Anyone who follows the news knows what happened nine days ago to Rene Good in Minneapolis, Minnesota’s largest city. My friend lives in the capital of that State, St. Paul.
Let me introduce her to you. I’ll call her Anne, to protect her privacy. Anne is a quiet, wise, caucasian American woman in her 70s. I met her through the Gupta Program, where we both learned to use brain retraining for healing our chronic illnesses. Anne is a sweet, highly intelligent woman. She has worked as a psychotherapist all her life and still sees clients occasionally. She loves the work of Eckhart Tolle, practices qigong, sends healing to others, and tries to live with her autoimmune diseases as best she can. Oh, and let’s not forget, she makes her own divine-sounding chocolate mousse, which she, as a fellow chocoholic, loves. We keep in touch every day and send each other our “positives,” in which this mousse naturally makes an appearance. Anyone who knows me understands why we’re friends.
Anne isn’t a woman who exaggerates. She doesn’t have a theatrical bone in her body. When she says “we’re under siege,” it’s not drama or attention-seeking; something very serious is going on. ICE agents go door-to-door in Minnesota. They don’t do it kindly. It involves intimidation and violence. But, Anne says, this is barely shown in the local news. I’m not surprised that it’s being covered up nationally, but I find quite shocking that this is also the case locally.
So, the Governor of Minnesota has taken it upon himself to address his fellow Minnesotans via YouTube, encouraging them to keep protesting (and to do so nonviolently, despite the violence being fired at them by the Trump regime), and to record everything they see on camera so evidence can be gathered (you can view that video here).

Why am I sharing this with you on a spiritual blog? I’m sharing this primarily out of solidarity. But also because yesterday I just recorded a Dutch podcast episode about freeing your voice and speaking your truth.
That same day, I received a message from a colleague. She believes there are parallel realities (I agree with her on this). She got rid of her TV, and for her, the reality is that the Light has already won (wonderful). Perhaps she is more spiritually developed than I am. That could very well be.
I believe in the following spiritual principles:
- What you resist persists.
- What you focus on increases.
Based on that principle, my colleague is doing well. She doesn’t pay attention to the evil in the world.
Perhaps there is no Anne in her world and reality. In mine, there is. Whether that means I move between my colleague’s parallel world and Anne’s, I don’t know. What I do know is that there is a lot of suffering, fear, and anger in Anne’s immediate environment. What I also know is that she feels unsafe in her own country and city. That she is witnessing how a democracy has turned into an autocracy. That a true pogrom is taking place there much like it did in Hitler’s time. And that this is happening in the country where I have friends and acquaintances, where I have traveled with great joy, where I discovered my Lemurian connection, and where my work on the Lemurian project with Master Adama began. This touches me deeply in many levels.
When I contemplate and meditate on a New Earth, it’s a world of solidarity, where everyone feels safe. It’s a world of diversity, where everyone can and may be themselves. Where one ethnic group is no better or worse than another. Where honesty and truthfulness are the norm, as well as loving kindness. Where equality exists, and we no longer need to stand up for the “weak” because that distinction no longer exists.
For me, dreaming of a New Earth means living this out to the best of my ability (though I am just as fallible as anyone else). In this case, that means sending the Golden Light to Anne and Minnesota in the morning, and writing this blog post in the afternoon. Out of solidarity. To share what remains suppressed and hidden. Because there, too, lies a sense of “what you resist, persists.”
The once-popular Dr. Phil would say on his shows: “You cannot change what you don’t acknowledge.” At the same time, Einstein said something along the lines of: “You cannot solve a problem from the energy in which it arose.” And the Lemurian Master Adama often likes to remind me of this last fact.
So what is my conclusion? Yes, we may acknowledge what is happening. We may Be in solidarity with others. And we may keep our own vibrations high and further raise them as we do so. Because if enough people do this, we can all step out of fear based consciousness (and if anything contributes to this, it’s the constant threat of war with which we are bombarded through all sorts of media channels).
Does that mean you have to constantly watch the news? No, you can protect yourself by watching less or no news. But it’s important not to look away. Because there’s a big difference between protecting your energy and Light and spiritual gaslighting.

And who knows, maybe speaking out isn’t your path at all. A dear Lemurian friend reminded me today: “You can also express yourself with energy; you don’t have to use words for that. Simply by Being, from who you are at your deepest core. But many people are out of touch with themselves. They need to get more in touch with themselves. That doesn’t always have to be with words, but from silence.”
In that sense, I want to conclude with “news” of hope. Because something beautiful is happening in America right now. A brilliant example of spiritual activism from Being: The Walk for Peace by Buddhist monks. They are walking from Texas to Washington, D.C.with their special dog, Aloka. During a 120 days, they are walking across America with their peaceful presence, and this touches people deeply within their souls.
How can you Be Peace? What do you want to see and allow in the world? How can you not only dream the New Earth but also bring it into being? How do you relate to the 3D world from a 5D vibration? How do you keep your vibration high and simultaneously stay connected? These are all questions we can ask ourselves during this time.
The most important answer lies in our hearts. For love transcends all fear, and heart consciousness is the foundation of the New Earth. And we each have our own path to follow.
Love and Light,
Cathelijne
P.S. it has been a long time since I have posted here as my work is not primarily focused on the Dutch language area in which my books and oracles have been published. Who knows I may find an English agent to get my books translated and printed in English.
