A Horse And A Knight Sitting In A Bar, Discussing A Naked Woman

By Mrstrongest @mrstrongarm

I came across an old gag cartoon the other day. Probably at least 15 years old. The nice thing about old cartoons: I’ve forgotten most of them, so when I happen upon them, they make me laugh.

We all know Lady Godiva took her famous ride on a horse. That would have been the horse’s claim to fame. Naturally he would have told that story a few times. Here we see him using it to cadge a few drinks…

I’m not sure what inspired this cartoon, but it might have been hearing the 1966 hit song by Peter and Gordon. It’s one of my favorites. Catchy tune, and it always puts a big smile on my face. Here it is, hope you enjoy it.

Do you have a favorite story you’ve told a million times?

Have you ever met a talking horse?

Have you ever ridden a horse?

Hope you’ll leave a comment.
