What I'm wearing: Akira dress, Urban Outfitters utility jacket, tights, Michael Kors bag, sunglasses, Juliet & Company necklace (similar)You check the weather report. You think, "50 degrees! Eureka! I can finally wear my new spring dress!" (or other springy item of your choosing). Fast forward 36 hours and we are buried in snow, yet again. "Expletive..." Besides sharing an undying love of Beyoncé, I guess Jay- Z (and little orphan Annie) and I have something in common: A Hard Knock Life.These days we're all desperate to wear our latest and greatest spring time duds. I'm combating the effects of the wicked winter weather by wearing my floral dress with (fleece lined) tights, booties, and utility jacket. The pops of color make it springy, yet layers and mix of textures keep it Chicago- weather friendly/ proof. Let's not let this fickle weather cramp our style!
