The reasoning for my lack of photos and blogging presence recently? I went home for a week, then since I came back, I've been doing so much overtime, I am beginning to think I live at Primark! I had my 5 week review last Saturday and everything is going well, so hopefully I will be happily stuck with the job a lot longer! I also officially have a job at my university now (I get a staff card to go with my student card for next academic year), which involves tutoring first year Biomedical Science students in timetabled group sessions around campus. Not only does it pay well, but looks damn good on my CV *bonus*
Life has mostly been working, sleeping and eating. However, Monday was a rather impromptu and awesome evening - what was a random bar crawl down the main road I live nearby soon turned into a full blown trip to town, followed by drunken fridge magnet messages and table football at 4am. I miss going out in Brizzle so much, I really cannot wait until everyone is back for second year so we can get stuck into all aspects of student life properly once again :)
I'm off to Penzance from Sunday to Wednesday but will try and queue some posts for y'all so you don't feel lonely. I honestly don't understand how my readership and page views are increasing when I'm being such a truly awful blogger, but I am extremely grateful for readers old and new still being interested :) I have much more up my sleeve, promise!
