A Christmassy City

We went to London town about 10 days ago now and for once I didn’t lug my camera around with me (quite a relief not to actually) so instead I snapped a few photos from our day on good ol’ Whiskers.  This time we took an earlier train at 6.30 am arriving promptly just after 11 am which allowed us to definitely make the most of our time. We zoomed from shop to shop (finding very, very little) and then the decision of “which watering hole” to visit most importantly. We started off our day at Paul so I could sample their chocolat chaud (I’m still on the hunt to find “the” one) and have a boost of much needed energy after our super early start. It was good, but still not quite …. Je ne sais crois! London was absolutely buzzing with tourists as well as Christmas shoppers for the day and it certainly had the air of Christmas about it. The window displays were beautiful and I really loved what Jane Packer created, so, so pretty.
