Have you seen them? Frightened Democrats scurrying for cover. Incumbent politicians distancing themselves from their own leader, a full twelve months ahead of the 2014 elections. Make no mistake, the epic failure of Obamacare and the Democratic Party stands poised to ignite a political backlash of prodigious proportions; a shift of political consciousness the likes of which this country has never seen before.
This is not the time to sit back and watch. This is not the time to complain and do nothing. More than ever YOUR voice and YOUR actions are needed. The race-baiters are on the run. The freedom-haters are on the ropes. Now is the time to land the knockout punch.
I’m throwing down a challenge. I’m calling you out (and myself, as well). Find your local Tea Party group and get active now. Start typing and clicking away. Forward articles and links and words of support to everyone you know.
Have you ever volunteered to work on a political campaign? I haven’t either, but this election count me in.
Have you ever made phone calls or knocked on doors to help a candidate get elected? I’ll be right there with you, and it’s my first time, too.
Don’t have the time? You’re reading this, aren’t you? Forward it to twenty-five people you know. Go on, I dare you.
Can you spare one hour a week for the next fifty weeks? That puny hour just might be enough to put a constitution-loving, patriotic American over the top and into office. And that one politician just might be the one who saves our entire country.
Feeling fired up? Good, cause I’m just getting started. You’ve seen the damage the radical progressive Left has done to our country. You’ve seen the corruption and exploitation of our children and the robbing of their future. This is your opportunity to say, “The buck stops here. It stops with me.”
Please make sure the candidates you support are 100% pro-life, 100% pro-Second Amendment, and 100% pro-Constitution, then give it all you’ve got.
Can you afford ten dollars a week, five dollars a week, or even one dollar a week to a worthy campaign? Now’s the time to start saving and donating.
Do you have some friends or relatives that have given up on voting? Let them know that in 2014 you will be personally escorting them to the polls. Make it a party or social event and include all your friends and acquaintances.
Everyone can do something. The active can take to the streets. The housebound can make calls and send Emails. The sick can pray. We can all pray.
Don’t let this opportunity pass you by. Don’t sleep through a revolution. Give your children, and your children’s children, something to be proud of. If you blow this opportunity, you will never forgive yourself.
The people are waiting. They need your leadership. They need your help. Don’t count on the next guy doing it. You be the one who does it.
