Spacebound brings us into an emotional rollerscoaster ride from the start. With a music track that is uplifting we follow our astronaut and dog through the desolate asteroids of space. Hoping from one crater to the next, he follows his dog through the trails that leads him into their last moments. According to the film's website the story is “not about the end, but about the journey one takes to get there.”

The animation is a true delight. Filled with neon glows of the universe, we become even more drawn into this world as the two characters draw closer to their last moments. The film was created by 3d artist Ellen Su and animator Kyle Moy whom are students from the School of Visual Arts in New York City in their Senior year.
