9 Days of Fitness

I am still feeling the workout from last night. I decided last night the only thing I would do today was stretching and ab workout. No cardio. Hopefully give my legs a little break from doing so much last week.
I signed up for a 5k next weekend for ASU's Homecoming. My goal is to finish in under 45 minutes. I'll keep everyone posted on how that turns out.
Also last night I was thinking too that this series really hasn't gone the way I thought and really wanted to do things better. Maybe in the future. I almost thought about giving up or switching topics, but I got a facebook message from an amazing friend who said she checked out my blog through the challenge.
Last night was a pretty laid back exercise night. I did a few videos from blogilates. My goal is by the end of the month to be able to do complete a whole day of workouts. Right now I am at 2 videos.
