There are always those clients who once you attract; they will be loyal to your salon for a very long time. You can choose seasons when you can appreciate them. The best way to do it is to give them a certificate of customer loyalty. Such certificates should indicate the name of your salon and your contacts. There is nothing that makes a client mad as getting to queue in your salon simply because there are too many people to be attended to before their turn come. This can practically discourage your current clients. The worst happens when a new client is made to wait for a long time.

To save your new clients from this bad experience, you can have a convenient booking method. You know the number of people who can be attended to by your employees and for how long. With this, you can come up with a booking system.

For instance, you can divide your day into say four sections. The client can, therefore, book per session since you know the number of people who can be attended to at the same time. There are several options which you can use as booking platforms.

The major ones are your social media platforms and personal and company telephone line. If you choose to go this way, ensure that you do not allow too much booking which can make your clients queue. 5. Offer referral discounts

At times, you may have to depend on your already existing clients in your salon to attract new ones. These are the people who will direct their friends or clients in other fields to visit your salon.

It does not matter where you are going. Make it your lifestyle to be walking with your business cards wherever you go especially in events. You never know when you will be given a chance to say something to the audiences.

If this happens, grasp the chance and let the audience know that apart from the agenda that has made you gather in that place, you also have a salon. Invite them and at the end of the event give the business cards. Even if you do not address the public, you can still engage the people sited next to you in the church, public service vehicles and to friends. At least ten percent of the people receiving the cards will visit the salon and become loyal customers.

7. Partner with local businesses

This is another idea which can make you have many clients. There are always businesses which are related to your business. For instance, you can partner with cosmetics shops and boutiques.
