Exercise helps lower your risk of heart diseases such as high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, and heart attack. Exercise improves your mental health and mood, helps in losing weight. Increase your chances of living longer and improves your sexual health and fitness.

6. Accomplish One Thing A Day: 

You can achieve so many things in 1 minute, 1 Day is so long time for you. Once you accomplish your “one thing,” it’s easier to move onto the next thing because you won’t be distracted, your mind will be focused. Just ask your mother “May I help ?”, if she allows experience it. I’m not telling you to do big things, just complete one thing a day, it makes you feel better. It could be to finish off that bottle of wine.

Small things become great when done with love. If you have the power to make someone happy, do it. The world needs more of that. Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you.

If you’re helping someone and expecting something in return, you’re doing business not kindness. When you see something beautiful in someone, tell them. It may take a second to say, but for them, it could last a lifetime.
