Coconut Oil Sugar Scrub

2/3 cup Sugar

Mix your LouAna Coconut Oil and sugar together until well blended. Use this scrub anywhere from your lips to your feet! Gently exfoliate in a circular motion, wipe off excess product with a towel or tissue, and rinse.
Coconut Oil Hair Masque
1-2 tbsp LouAna Coconut Oil

Warm 1-2 tbsp of LouAna Coconut Oil in your hands and work it through your hair from root to tip. Once your hair is completely covered, wrap it into a bun or braid it at the back of your head. Let the oil sit for 4-8 hours then wash as you normally would.
Coconut Oil Lavender Moisturizer
1/2 cup LouAna Coconut Oil
2-4 drops Lavender Oil
Directions
Place 2-4 drops of lavender oil into 1/2 cup LouAna Coconut Oil. Stir together then use to moisturize anything from your lips to dry heels. Keep it in small containers in various parts of your house for easy access.
Coconut Oil Makeup Remover
1 tsp LouAna Coconut Oil
Directions
Warm 1 tsp of LouAna Coconut Oil in your hands and use it to gently remove makeup. Apply coconut oil in a circular motion, swiping your fingers gently over your eyes in a downward diagonal motion. Wipe away excess oil with a towel or tissue, then rinse.
Coconut Oil Pulling
1 tbsp LouAna Coconut Oil
Directions
Place 1 tbsp LouAna Coconut Oil into your mouth and swish it like mouthwash for 10-20 minutes. Once the time is up, spit it into a garbage can, rinse, and then brush with a different toothbrush than the one you use regularly. Do this daily for a brighter and cleaner smile.
