5 Quick Questions with Subb: Pouzza Fest 2019 Preview

Montreal area (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu) Punk Rock & Ska Reggae band Subb are next in our 5 Quick Questions Pouzza Preview series!

Formed originally in 1992, the band is now 27 years deep in their career, and will be live at Pouzza Fest 2019. Subb is scheduled to hit the stage at the Beer Garden (Corner of Maisonneuve & Clark) at 8 pm on Sunday night. And as a huge bonus, the outdoor Beer Garden venue is accessible for free, without a festival pass. So if you're in the area and want to see some live music, get there.

Q1) If you're in the car on a long drive between shows, what is the one album you can listen to on repeat?

A1) Destruction by Definition by The Suicide Machines and Réjean de Terrebonne, The Very Best.

Q2) Do you have any pre-show rituals?

A2) We sing the Hare Krsna Mantra and we are holding our hands. Oh wait. That is just Jeff.

Q3) What can fans expect from a live performance?

A3) Action-packed punk ska!

Q4) Is there a band or artist you think people should be paying more attention to?

A4) The Translaters, Bring The Light, and Fidel Lachance.

Q5) What's your favourite thing about Pouzza Fest?

A5) Outdoor shows in the heart of Montréal. Free shows, making music accessible to everybody. Pouzza Fest means summer is just around the corner.
