We are all wrapped up in the holiday season, and we aren't alone! Country singer Kris Barclay is ready for Christmas too, and he's ready to tell you all about it.
We caught up with the July 2017, Country Music Association of Ontario Artist of the Month for a holiday round of 5 Quick Questions.

Q) Did you have a favourite Christmas songs when you were a kid?
Kris) Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer for sure! I always loved shouting out the extra parts... "had a very shiny nose (LIKE A LIGHTBULB!)"
Q) Do you have a favourite Christmas song to play?
Kris) I just learned I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, I've always loved the melody of that song it's always fun.
Q) If you could partner up with any artist for a collaboration on a Christmas song, who would you choose?
Kris) I think doing something with The Road Hammers would be awesome, they're super talented and hilarious, we'd have a blast! Of course Garth or Blake Shelton would be amazing...there's too many to choose from!
Q) What is your favourite beverage for a holiday party?
Kris) Red Wine for sure...but there's a traditional family Martini that we make every year only at Christmas that I always look forward to!
Q) If you could only have 1 dessert after Christmas dinner, what would you choose?
Kris) Carrot Cake, no doubt.
We asked Kris if he had a favourite recipe that he wanted to share with everyone. And, well, here's what he told us...
"I do have a favourite holiday recipe, but I don't know what it is! My grandmother makes the world's best turkey stuffing that I wish I could share. She swears she tells us what's in it but I know she's hiding something! Stay tuned...."
