Are you kind enough? No, I don't mean 'Do you spend your time helping the poor?' I mean are you kind enough?
I've realised that I'm generous, helpful and selfless (Trumpet officially BLOWN) but am I kind? Not really!
I can't think of the last time I went online and told someone their profile picture was pretty, or told someone their work inspired me. I can't remember the last time I brought in my neighbours bins or took the time to help the wee old lady who couldn't bend down for a loaf of bread.
I'm pretty sure I can speak for a lot of us when I say we could all be a little kinder, so enter '30 Days of Kindness'.
Over the next 30 days I will be doing a random act of kindness each day and telling you all about it on here, on twitter and Instagram. It doesn't need to be a grand gesture, just something kind.
I encourage you all to try it too! Surely the world would be a better place if we all just were a little kinder...
