With a Twist
Start with a twist out, braid out, or wash and go. Place your hair in a side part and use a hair tie to separate the two portions. You want to place the twist on the side with the least amount of hair. Grab a small section in the front and create a two-strand twist. Lay the twist back and secure with a bobby pin. Take your hair out of the two ponytails and fluff.
Half Up and Down
Start with a twist out, braid out, or wash and go. Section your hair in two parts, the top and bottom halves of your hair. Your bottom half should have more hair because you want that section to be fuller. Place the bottom half of your hair in a loose ponytail and section it off. For the top half of your hair, use your favorite edge tamer to smooth your edges with your brush. Next, place your hair in a ponytail. Twist your ponytail and wrap it around to create a full bun. Use bobby pins to secure the bun. Remove the ponytail from the bottom half of your hair and fluff.
Up Up and Away
This style is great if you have 3rdday hair and need to jazz it up. Keep a small portion of the front area of your hair out and put the rest of your curls in a high ponytail. Fluff the ponytail to make it full. For the curls in the front, use bobby pins to frame around your face.
