3 Fruit Water Recipes with Icelandic Glacial Water
Fruit water is something that I've been making a lot lately. It's so incredibly easy and simple to make! Fruit water is great for you in that it gets you to drink more water, it tastes wonderful, and has no added chemicals or unnatural flavoring. If you're someone who tends to reach for sodas or sugary drinks, these can be a great way to transition into healthier drinking habits. I personally love to prep the waters the night before in a Mason jar, and toss them into my purse the following morning and take them to work. Below find my favorite recipes!

I first discovered Icelandic Glacial water last year while traveling to France. We flew Icelandair and they had miniature bottles for everyone on the plane. It was the cutest thing! The water is sourced from a natural underground spring, and comes in a unique bottle that has a glacial structure.
For today's post I've shared my 3 favorite fruit water recipes. The portions of the fruit haven't been measured, although below I've listed a guesstimate of how much to use for 2 cups of water. A simple rules is to cut up enough fruit to fill up the bottom third of your cup/jar/pitcher, and that should be enough. Replenish the water as much as you like throughout the day (feel free to nibble on the fruit). I wouldn't recommend keeping the fruit more than one day - simply eat it up when you're done and start with a new batch. And remember to rinse your fruit!
Strawberry Lemon Ginger2-3 medium strawberries, 3 slices of lemon (cut into halves if you like), 1/2 teaspoon grated gingerSweet and tangy, the ginger gives this a fantastic 'kick'. I drink this one a lot.

Lemon Lime Ginger2 slices of lemon, 2 slices of lime, 1 teaspoon gingerA full bodied, almost dry flavor to it. A very robust and strong flavor. It's great to drink first thing in the morning to wake you up!
White Peach Strawberry Blueberry 1/2 a peach sliced, 3 strawberries sliced, 1 handful of fresh or frozen blueberries  A personal favorite. The strangest thing is that I am allergic to peaches, but I can drink this water. I have no idea how that works. This fruit water is sweet, and tastes almost like a tea. I drink this when I want something light and sweet.
And there you go! There are so many beautiful fruit water recipes out there. I found this rose water recipe that I cannot wait to try. What are your favorite recipes? Share or link to them in the comments below!
