2nd Week of My Gillette Venus #SubscribeToSmooth Challenge

Last week I had taken up the Gillette Venus #SubscribeToSmooth Challenge and was very excited to come back with my experience for the 2nd week. However, with back to back events, the entire weekend, I had literally no time left to share my experience for the 1st week on time. So today, I have decided to tell you about my journey of 1 week with the Gillette Venus #SubscribeToSmooth Challenge.

How many of you believe shaving is dreadful for dry skin? Well, I did. I have a very dry body skin, and I used to think, what if I ended up getting my hand or legs drier in the process of shaving! So, yes in the process of taking up the #SubscribeToSmooth challenge I was a bit nervous. But now, I thank myself for gathering up my courage in taking up this challenge.

1 week into the challenge, and I am left with very soft and smooth skin. I am not only surprised, I am overwhelmed. Even though I had tried other methods of hair removal, I have had experienced some sort of uneasiness, but with the Gillette Venus, things are very different. The feel is so soft and smooth, that I feel like wearing my knee-length dresses all the time. And thankfully I have had been attending lot of events this weekend, thanks to this #SubscribeToSmooth challenge that I could wear my favorite dresses to all.

So, I am looking forward to my 3rd week into the Gillette Venus #SubscribeToSmooth challenge and very eager to use the razor and gel combo together once again, not only for a smoother and softer skin, but also to get myself out of the cocoon of myths and notions, that I had regarding shaving.
