Meet my parents. These two are my heros, role models, and inspiration. The older I get, the more and more I appreciate them not only as my parents, but as a couple I can truly look up to and admire. They are so much more than spouses to one another; they are best friends. They laugh together, play together, and explore new things together. Whereas some parents I know tend to "settle down" as they age, my parents seem to have done the opposite. They met traveling the globe and haven't stopped since.
I love their love and am so happy for them as they celebrate their 27th wedding anniversary today. Happy Anniversary Mom and Daddy! Here's to the next 27!
