The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has announced its Class of 2020 nominees. Sixteen artists are on the list with nine first time nominees and seven returning nominees hoping to get the call to the hall.
In 2019, Stevie Nicks, Radiohead, Def Leppard, The Cure, The Zombies, Janet Jackson, and Roxy Music were inducted, which doesn't explicitly have an impact on 2020 voting, but it's nice to keep in mind.
The voting process has now begun with members able to mull over their choices and the who they feel deserves to join the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. It's a great list that includes first timers Pat Benatar, Dave Matthews Band, The Doobie Brothers, Whitney Houston, Motörhead, The Notorious B.I.G., Soundgarden, T. Rex, and Thin Lizzy as well we returning nominees Depeche Mode (3), Judas Priest (2), Kraftwerk (6), MC5 (5), Nine Inch Nails (3), Todd Rundgren (2), and Rufus ft. Chaka Khan (4). Picking five names from that list isn't easy.
Here's the thing though, fan votes count, and it's super easy to do with Google. No longer do we live in a world where we are stuck just sitting with our friends and arguing over who deserves to get in, we can actually participate!

You can vote once a day through January 10, 2020 and pick up to 5 Nominees per ballot. The top five artists will comprise, a "fans' ballot" that will be tallied along with the other ballots to choose the 2020 Inductees.
So, get to it and you can help have a say as to who is welcomed into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in May 2020.
We aren't here to tell you who to vote for. But we can tell you who we'd pick with our five choices. Trish and I have both gone through the list of 2020 nominees and are ready to share our choices.
