Days of Operation During the Festive Period 2016
Our offices will be closing 12 noon on Saturday 23rd December and closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day and Bank Holidays 25th through to 27th December and New Year’s Day and bank Holiday Monday , 1st and 2nd of January.
Normal working days on 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st of December. Scheduled dust cart rounds will be running as usual on these days with a catch up policy for all dust cart collections to be cleared within 3 working days from the normal scheduled day. If this is not acceptable then please contact the transport team directly on 0207 232 1711 or email [email protected] with your requests.
Last Orders
For additional Refuse Sacks to last over the Christmas period, an order should be placed no later than 1st December 2016. For delivery, exchange or collection bookings for Skips and Roll On Roll Offs should be placed to [email protected] before Friday 16th December 2016.

If your business is scheduled to be closed over the festive season and you do not need any collections then, to avoid being charged for us attending your site, you must notify us no later than 1st December 2016 by contacting our Transport Team directly on 0207 232 1711 or email [email protected]

No licenses will be granted for the placing of skips on any street in the London Borough of Bromley for the following period; 23 December 2016 to Sunday 3 January 2017 inclusive.
