2015 Christmas and New Year Opening and Closing

Days of Operation During the Festive Period

Our offices will be closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day Bank Holidays 25th, 28th December and New Year’s Day, 1st of January.

Scheduled dust cart rounds will be running as usual on all other days with a catch up policy for all collections to be cleared within 3 working days from the normal scheduled day. If this is not acceptable then please contact the transport team directly on 0207 232 1711 or email [email protected] with your requests.

Last Orders

For additional Refuse Sacks to last over the Christmas period, an order should be placed no later than 1st December 2014. For delivery, exchange or collection bookings for Skips and Roll On Roll Offs should be placed to [email protected] before Wednesday 17th December 2014.

Businesses that Close During the Christmas Period

If your business is scheduled to be closed over the festive season and you do not need any collections then, to avoid being charged for us attending your site, you must notify us no later than 1st December 2015 by contacting our Transport Team directly on 0207 232 1711 or email [email protected]

Individual Borough Information

For Skip Customers in London Borough Bromley

No licenses will be granted for the placing of skips on any street in the London Borough of Bromley for the following period; Wednesday 23 December 2015 to Sunday 3 January 2016 inclusive.

For Skip Customers in Royal Borough of Greenwich

Please note that those customers in Greenwich requesting skips need to be aware that as in previous years the Royal Borough of Greenwich will not allow skips to be placed on the highway over the Christmas and New Year period. All skips on the Highways should be removed by Tuesday 16th December 2014 and no further skips be placed before Friday 2nd January 2015.
