Ulta is offering free shipping on orders $25 and up with the promo code JINGLE13. The makeup retailer is also offering a variety of fragrance deals; special holiday kits including Bare Minerals, Tarte, Benfit, Too Faced, Smashbox, Stila and more. Ulta's Black Friday deals go live online at 7 p.m. Thursday and their retail stores open at 8 p.m. Thursday.
Smashbox

Express
Express might have started Black Friday earlier than any other retailer. The retailer's deals launched at midnight Tuesday, Nov. 26. Every single item, including brand new items, are all 50 percent off until Black Friday at noon. Last year, when the 50 percent off deal was over Friday afternoon, the sale changed to 40 percent off everything, which is still a pretty good deal if they do it again this year. If you spend $125 or more online, shipping is free.
Also, now through December 1, when you spend $50 at any Express store, you'll receive Express cash good for $25 off your next $75 purchase between Dec. 2 - 12.
