As we prepare to start revisiting 1999's musical gems, now seems like a good time to tie up all the loose odds and ends from 1998, tracks not featured yet in the monthly playlists. So here is a 12th volume of the year's best tracks, featuring album cuts and songs we haven't had time to squeeze in.Every month I revisit the music that we were listening to 20 years ago, and compile them into a YouTube playlist for your viewing and listening pleasure. Ideal for nostalgic journeys and reliving your youth, or maybe you're discovering these tracks for the first time.
