2 Ingredients Berries Jam (+ Video)
We do enjoy a good spread of berries jam on toast on our breakfast. This is our favorite make-ahead breakfast treat and can be put together in minutes. You won't believe how easy this is! We make this all the time, sometimes using mixed berries other times just strawberries. And it has just become a habit for us to make our own jam. You wouldn't go back to the store-bought version either once you try this homemade '2 ingredients jam'. This recipe is definitely a must-try, it ticks all the boxes  delicious flavor, great texture, easy to make, budget-friendly and completely natural!

You don't need any special equipment to make this jam neither. Most of the time we use frozen mixed berries or strawberries but you can use fresh berries as well. For this recipe, you'll only need two ingredients and ten minutes of your time. Yes, this is that quick to make!

This berries jam goes perfectly well with plain yogurt, porridge, chia bowl, on top of vanilla ice cream, a slice of banana bread, crepes and pancakesIt's a natural sweetened berries jam free of artificial flavors, pectin, gelatin, and gluten.
Here's a how-to video-recipe for you for this '2 Ingredients Berries Jam'  if you make this I would love to know and hear from you in the comments below and if you haven't subscribed to my YouTube channel yet you can join me here! :)

2 C. Frozen Berries Honey to taste

Preparation: 1- Defrost berries.

2- After berries have defrosted transfer this to a pan, over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes. Once you notice that the berries start to soften take a fork and mash the berries into a chunky texture. Keep simmering, until liquids have reduced in half and add honey to taste. Simmer for another minute or so and take off the heat.

3- Leave to cool completely and transfer into a clean glass jar. This Berries Jam will last 2 weeks in the fridge.
