18 Weeks and Counting …..

Yes that’s right! 18 weeks until my summer holiday and need to get my beach body back! ok ok I’ve never had a beach body – but to stop the other people around pointing and staring at my flabby gutt and jelly wobby thighs I need to get on a mission to get lean!

Below is my own fitsporation Inspiration! I’ve done it before – so I do it again! I was at 22% Body fat and weighing about 128lbs…Currently have a stone to lose with about 8% body fat to lose! So really I need to mainly fat keeping my muscle mass – so need to ensure I maintain my muscle mass.

However so many things out there – do shall I do? Tim Ferris 4 hour body? VLCDs? High Protein? Nutritional Ketosis? 30Day Shred? Insanity? Weight Watchers? so many do-able and workable solutions…..but which one is right for me?

I will continue to stay at weight watchers, as I’m one of those that need that weekly slap on wrist to keep me on track! But I think I also need something to go along with it! I have a stone to loose – so techinically 14lbs in 18weeks is soo do-able! As long as I can keep on track.
