17 Photo Flawless Skin Primer is actually better than most of the expensive skin primers. 
Most of skin primers are way too watery, and if you have oily skin those type of primers won't hold your makeup for so long. 
It is a silicone - silica based primer, and it holds your makeup for quite good 4-5 hours, with a primer powder or a setting powder your makeup will stay up to  6-7 hours.


This primer is as good as Laura Mercier's primer and Laura Mercier's primer is too watery.
It is budget friendly, as well it is small and can be considered as a travel size primer.


It is most possibly more suitable for younger generations, as there are really good primers for 30's and above. This primers is more good for those who have more fresh-wrinkle free faces.
I recommend this primer for young girls..   The ones on their 30's it is totally up to you, I use this primer when I am travelling, or if I do not want to use my other primers.
