Have you ever just needed to step away from a stressor? Whether it be your kids, your husband, your job... whatever. You feel your blood pressure rising and words that shouldn't come out of your mouth start to form. And then you realize okay... I'm going to walk away. I'm going to have a "me moment" to regroup and head back to face whatever it is that's making you feel that way.
I have them daily. I absolutely love being a stay-at-home/work-at-home mom, but there are times throughout the day where I just want to be by myself for a few minutes. Sometimes it's during nap time and other times it's right when my husband gets home.
So when we moved to our new house, I made it a point to create this little space in my bedroom. A space where I could shut my door, eat a snack, and enjoy a cup of coffee in silence. Sure, we have couches and chairs in the living room, but this little sitting area was important to me. A place, besides my desk where I work, that I could just sit and "be".

That deliciousness right there? That's the new Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt from Walmart. With 7g of protein, less sugar than other yogurts, and ranging from 190-210 calories, it's the perfect snack to indulge in during my "me moment". It comes in Vanilla Bean, Mint Chocolate Chip and Raspberry Chocolate Chip, so you'll never get bored with the variety :)

Having a "me moment" daily is important. Whether it's taking 10 minutes to give yourself a manicure, reading a book before bed (with NO phone distractions), or indulging in one of these delicious Ice Cream Inspired Yogurts from Müller®, you deserve it. Moms, businesswomen, wives, whoever you are... take a break! Give yourself the "me moment" you deserve :)
