When I was coming up with the Quopic of the Day, I was on a mission…to find out what was mentioned by some of the cast and crew on the Blu Ray of True Blood Season 3. I got totally caught up in watching Episode 2, because Alex was doing the commentary with the director, Scott Wyant, while watching the episode! It felt like I was watching it WITH Alex! LOL
Alex mentioned in the commentary – how they had to really zoom in on him and how hard it was to not blink during the filming of the scene we picked for the Quopic of the Day! In the commentary, he also mentioned how much Eric hated showing his vulnerable side of himself, usually to Sookie. He also talked about how much he missed working with Allan Hyde (ex-Godric) and how much he loved Pam and Eric’s relationship on the show. If you guys don’t have the Blu Ray, you should find someone who does, just to listen to Alex! LOL

The first thing I always think about when watching this scene is…EXTREME CLOSE-UP!!
The next thing I think about is…what gorgeous eyes! ♥
You may remember, this was after Sookie visited him to find out what the symbol she found means. Eric lied to her, then he remembered a flashback of himself and Godric in Nazi Germany, dealing with a were.
