Dress - Simply Be
I love this dress, it is another one that has been sat in my wardrobe for ages, it is quite heavy, and the print is actually flocked. The longer sleeves are a nice touch, means you could get away with wearing it as is. I am wearing the 20, it is quite stretchy but stiff if that makes sense, the arms are a bit small i find. The belt is just a ribbon i have added.
