Always remember that portion control is essential, as overeating any type of snack, even nutritious ones, can lead to excessive weight gain during pregnancy. It’s also a good idea to consult with your doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet during pregnancy, especially if you have any specific dietary requirements or health conditions.
