For those of you who haven't heard or checked her out here's the details. Cassie makes a calendar for the month with different workout videos and target areas for the day. Wednesday is Total Body with about 5 exercise videos.
Today I did the 2 "quick" ones. By quick I mean around 5 minutes. These videos are anything but quick or easy. They are jam packed full of exercies without the use of any equipment.
