Oregon based 10 Barrel Brewing has made its way to Colorado, and they brought their flagship beer, Apocalypse IPA, with them.

I stopped by Fourteen Seventy-Two the other evening for the 10 Barrel tap takeover and got to try several of their beers. Hop heads rejoice! In addition to Apocalypse, they also had two more IPAs available: JOE and DUB (double). But 10 Barrel does far more than just hoppy beers. They brew a wide range of styles, such as Cucumber Crush Berliner Weisse, Double Chocolate Stout, Night Ryed’r Rye/Porter, and more.
While I enjoyed all of the beers I sampled, my favorite is the Apocalypse, a standard West Coast Style IPA that is flavorful and easy to drink. I could see this one taking up space in my fridge on a regular basis.
Be on the lookout for 10 Barrel bombers and 6-packs in your neighborhood liquor store as well as on tap in local restaurants and bars.
