I haven't been sharing much on the blog this year (except for tips and travel content). Nothing intimate or personal at least. Nothing that gives you a glimpse into the inner working of my mind lately. I guess I have been wondering the point of it all. Also, often I feel I have said everything I had to. There are no new thoughts, just revised versions of the same old drafts that you might have already read if you have been around long enough. I have also been flabbergasted by the dishonesty and irony in our society lately. Men who believe they are feminist, but would be the first to tell their wives what to do and wear. Women who expect other women to support them but do not lead by example. Influencers who feed lies and insecurity to people who look up to them. Family members who are the first ones to forward an inspirational quote but last one to follow up on it. So like I said, I have been wondering the point of it all.
