Hi Gang, I am super excited to share some #TWIW posts with some of my fellow gorgeous, fabulous, active (and sweaty...lol) SweatPink Ambassadors! Did I mention I am excited?
What is #TWIW? It's a summary of your "This Week in Workouts". It's a chance for you to brag or celebrate all of your workouts and/or fitness accomplishments from the past week. I love sharing successes and celebrating the simple things, because we all know sometimes just making it to the gym at all deserves to be celebrated. It can be as long or short, detailed or brief. There are no rules! You also do not need to have a blog to participate, simply email ME by 8:00pm EST with your workout summary so we can all spread fitness love together.

This Week in Workouts:
Monday- PT Session with Kyle
Tuesday-Off w/ PlankADay
Wednesday-6.5 km run  w/ Tabata sprints
Thursday-OFF w/ PlankADay
Friday-7km run w/ PlankADay
Saturday-OFF
Sunday-21km Army Run 1/2 Marathon
As you can see I had a quiet week in terms of workouts, but I had a pretty big day on Sunday! Yes, I ran my second 1/2 marathon today. I ran the Army Run which is in Ottawa Canada. It was tough, but so much fun. I am going to blog in a little bit more detail about the race tomorrow when I have a bit more time, but here are a few pics as a "sneak peek":

Of course, now it is time to share some #TWIW love as well. It looks like I wasn't the only one that crushed some serious running, weight training and WOD's this week. I absolutely LOVE reading new blogs and am sure you do. It's great to see what others are up to and what great things people accomplish on a regular week. It's pretty cool to think that each an every week there are millions of people getting off their butts and moving. Here are just a few of those people sharing #TWIW...I think we are on to something here!!!
