In the beginning, The Twitter Voice Tweets feature will be available for A limited number of Twitter iOS users. Later Twitter will allow every Twitter iOS user to use Twitter voice tweets.
Every Twitter user, no matter which device they are using, can see voice tweets in their Twitter feeds and listen to such tweets.

Users will find voice tweets in the twitter feed. To listen to voice tweets user need to click them.
A new window will open, and the tweet will start playing. This means that you can still use your twitter account even when you are listing to voice tweets.
