Verdict on The Retirement Plan

The Retirement Plan is an action comedy following a woman who sends her daughter to her estranged father. However, when the henchmen come hunting for them, he gets to unleash his much darker side to fight them off.

This is a movie that sees Nicolas Cage unleashed to his comedic best. He takes his over-the-top character and runs with it, bringing plenty of laughs to the movie. While the main story looks to overcomplicate things with twists and turns along the way. You can certainly have a lot of fun watching this one, as anytime Cage Rage is released it entertains.

Where to Watch: Signature Entertainment presents The Retirement Plan on DVD & Blu-ray 20th November.

Final ThoughtsThe Retirement Plan has the Cage Rage to cover up the over-complicated plot.
