Plot: Inside an abandoned gold mine lurks a mysterious supernatural being conjured by a Native-American shaman ages ago to defend their tribe. This legendary phantom can appear in the flesh and pose as anyone. Luke’s old west ancestors trapped it in the mine, but it has haunted their descendants ever since, causing them to go insane.

Story: The Haunting of Hell Hole Mine starts when Poni (Noe) receives information about her inheritance. However, it is connected to a curse that has taken over her. Her Uncle Luke (Collett), Roscoe (Sizemore) and Dawn (Ross) go to investigate the inheritance.

This sees them traveling to an abandoned mine that has a legend about it. As they explore the mine, they find themselves dealing with a supernatural presence that plays with their minds.

The Haunting of Hell Hole Mine is a horror mystery thriller. It follows three friends searching an abandoned mine for money that could solve their problems. However, it sees the friends starting to lose their minds as the history of the mind takes over.

This is a movie that gets to explore the history behind a haunted mine. It uses Native America history to drive the movie forward. We get a good motivation for the characters to search the mine, as it is connected to family. When it comes to the haunting events, we get to dive into visions of the mind to keep us guessing to the truth. While the haunting moments are good, the lack of involvement for a certain character can leave wanting more from them.
