Verdict on The Devil on Trial

The Devil on Trial is a documentary exploring the events in the 1980s where a teenager claims to have been possessed by the devil when murders were committed. This case includes the Warrens investigating and was told in ‘The Conjuring The Devil Made Me Do It’.

In this documentary, we get to see the man who was the teenager and family members tell their story. They explain what happened in their lives including their interaction with the Warrens. This explores the people-involved versions of the events.

As someone who watched the feature film, it is interesting to learn more of the truth behind it. It shows the lives that were changed and never left the same. Along with trying to prove the truth behind the crime. When it comes to real-life crime documentaries, this is a fascinating one. It shows how difficult the case was from all sides. The fact we learn more of the real story behind a movie is interesting too. However, it shows a much darker side to the Warren name.

Where to Watch: The Devil on Trial is available on Netflix.

Final ThoughtsThe Devil on Trial is an interesting look into one of the most interesting cases in American law.
