Verdict on Songbirds

Songbirds is a documentary exploring the final days of the world’s largest collection of vintage guitars museum. We get to meet the team that kept the museum afloat for years but after the Covid outbreak, money starts becoming difficult.

This does show the passion the staff and customers had to be involved with music history. It explores where the instruments have come from and the legends of the industry that have played the instruments.

There is a short history of the rivalry between the major brands as they looked to become the most popular of the brand. If you want to learn the history of guitars, this is a perfect documentary for you. If you wanted to see how museums would have suffered through Covid, this shows how one of the most famous suffered.

Final Thoughts Songbirds is an interesting look into the museum industry that suffered through Covid.
