Hello everyone! I know it’s been a little over a month since my last post, but I’m back now. So anyway, today I decided to bake some coconut macaroons. I believe these originated from Italy. These are so easy to do and I think that they’re perfect to bake for the holidays too!

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
BAKE TIME: 12 to 15 minutes (varies)
YIELDS: 24 macaroons (medium cupcake liners)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 2 whole eggs
- Optional: cashews or peanuts
PROCEDURE:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix all the ingredients together manually (no need for a mixer)
- Scoop the mixture into the baking liners
- Put in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes
**I’m not sure about the bake time since our oven isn’t that accurate. I baked mine in 300 degrees F for 20 minutes. Just check it after 10minutes then do the toothpick test.
