1.Rinse the sabudana pearls under cold water until the water runs clear.

2.Place the rinsed sabudana in a bowl and add enough water to cover them completely. Let them soak for about 3-4 hours or overnight until they become soft and translucent.

3.Drain the soaked sabudana and set aside.
